愛滋病初期症狀有哪些?

疾病潛伏期後開始出現與愛滋病相關的症狀和體征，直到一段時間後才發展為典型的愛滋病。這個時期，有很多命名，包括"愛滋病相關綜合症"、"淋巴結病相關綜合症"、"持續性泛發性淋巴結病"、"愛滋病前綜合症"等。此時，患者已經具有愛滋病最基本的特征，即細胞免疫缺陷，但症狀輕。主要的臨床表現有： 1.淋巴結腫大--此期最主要的臨床表現之一。主要是表面淋巴結腫。發生的部位多見於頭頸部、腋窩、腹股溝、頸後、耳前、耳後、股淋巴結、頜下淋巴結等。一般至少有兩個部分，有的多達十幾個。腫大的淋巴結對活動一般可以治療無反應，常持續腫大超過半年根據以上。約30%的愛滋病病人臨床上只有淺表淋巴結腫大，而無其他全身症狀...
